About Rachael

Certified Coach | Workshop Facilitator | Friend

If we haven't met yet, my name is Rachael Curfew!

On the personal side, I love being surrounded by amazing people, spending time with my kids,
traveling with my husband, being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints,
expressive art, animals, and channeling my inner florist!

But professionally, my passion is

empowering individuals to live

their best lives.

I help people comeback with what matters to them most:

their own voice, their most important relationships, and their God.

But I didn’t always live this way.

For years, I wore the “Good Girl” mask—saying yes when I wanted to say no, over-giving to be accepted, feeling guilty for wanting more. I lived for everyone else… and slowly lost myself in the process.

I told myself I was happy to serve, but deep down I felt invisible, exhausted, and stuck—like my life didn’t fully belong to me.

That changed when I finally began doing the real work:

healing, creating, forgiving, and facing hard truths with kindness.

Today, I live what I teach.

I’ve blended personal growth with science-backed strategies, training in Strategic Intervention, and a whole lot of lived experience—from divorce and single motherhood to remarriage, blended family life, entrepreneurship, and faith.

I love what I do—and I love who I’m becoming.

I believe connection is the antidote to disconnection.

And whether I’m coaching a client, teaching in a boardroom, or laughing with my closest friends…

I live to create connection.

If parts of my story sound like yours—if you’ve felt alone, resentful, or unsure where you went in the middle of it all—

I’d love to help you reconnect.

With yourself.

With your people.

With your purpose.
With your God.

"What I did not expect from working with Rachael was the support she would offer on how to improve my marriage. She isn’t just an anxiety coach, she’s exceptionally talented in her relationship coaching skills too. She’s totally changed my life and her kind manner normalized what I used to think was broken.

I love Rachael and am forever grateful I hired her! She is worth every penny."

Two years ago, I moved across the country by myself into the town where I was living before my divorce. I was starting a new job and living in a not ideal apartment situation. I was training to qualify for the Olympic Trials in Women’s hammer throw while being a single, working mom can be quite the challenge. I learned a couple years prior to this, when I went to see a doctor for my postpartum anxiety, they said I probably had undiagnosed and untreated anxiety my whole life all the way down into childhood.

I remember when I first started working with Rachael. I HATED calling people on the phone, especially cold calling. It was the last thing I wanted to do!! I was getting completely overwhelmed by the simplest of tasks and even the sound of my kids crying would push me over the edge!

Now here I am, over two years later, sitting in my office in my new business that has taken off. I employ a handful of people and train about 45 people weekly right now as I’m continuing to launch new programs so I can help many more people.

What got me between then and now? Rachael and her program gave me the tools to help me cope and live with anxiety. Anxiety will probably always be there, but I have the right tools to help me continue to progress, get things done, and enjoy life more!

Thank you Rachael for helping me!"

"Before I started with Rachael, I was having frequent anxiety attacks. Sometimes it was situational - social events or work related issues. Other times there seemed to be no reason for it. I would wake up and get hit with severe anxiety before even leaving my bed. I was very frustrated and felt powerless with what was going on.

In my first appointment with Rachael, she gave me answers that I hadn’t been able to find in over a year of seeing other therapists, watching countless YouTube videos, and reading articles on the subject of anxiety. Something that also surprised me was how excited she was about my anxiety!

At first it was strange but she helped me understand that my anxiety was really important messaging from myself that I had been running away from, and instead I should have been listening to all along! That one idea was mind-blowing and worth every session, but Rachael didn’t stop there.

Working with her, I began to understand my anxiety, learned tools and strategies for my bad days, and how to develop skills for handling high-stress situations in the future.

If you’re suffering from anxiety, or even think it might be anxiety, I would highly recommend Rachael Curfew. Her depth of knowledge in the subject is extensive, but she has a way of making things really clear and getting to what’s really important.

Also, she’s full of energy and fun to talk to. I always felt relaxed and comfortable talking with her about my issues, and she helped me understand in clear terms what I was experiencing, and how to use tools and techniques to make it better. My anxiety is now greatly reduced, and when it does come up I know exactly what to do.

I am very grateful for Rachael and what she taught me."
